Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your clinical training and expertise to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of patients, diagnosing mental health conditions and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish patient-centered treatment objectives, ensuring that interventions are responsive to their unique circumstances and needs.

• Implement evidence-based clinical interventions, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to address diverse mental health issues.

• Facilitate coordination of care with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care providers and psychologists, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient treatment.

• Monitor treatment outcomes systematically, following up with clients virtually or in-person to assess progress and modify plans as necessary.

• Support clients in managing psychotropic medication regimens prescribed by medical providers, focusing on adherence and the evaluation of potential side effects.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders. You will address a wide array of challenges, including co-occurring mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety. Your expertise will play an essential role in guiding patients through their recovery journey, equipping them with coping strategies and support systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Arizona.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an independently licensed therapist, preferably in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.
