Work Environment\n

This position is remote, providing flexibility to manage your schedule while engaging with clients from the comfort of your home or another suitable environment. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring seamless support for clients while utilizing digital tools and telehealth platforms to maintain communication and documentation effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the individual counseling needs of each client, including detailed evaluations for substance abuse using the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients, incorporating DSM and ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) criteria to determine the appropriate level of care.
\n
• Document all service delivery, including counseling sessions, educational services, assessments, and follow-ups in clients' clinical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Oversee a manageable client caseload while performing necessary case management tasks, including treatment planning, utilization review, and regular updates on progress.
\n
• Coordinate with a network of support services for clients and their families, ensuring they have access to resources that facilitate recovery and well-being.
\n
• Engage with external referral sources, such as legal representatives, educational institutions, and employers, to provide a holistic support system for clients.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to address acute challenges faced by clients, promoting effective resolutions.

Your role will primarily focus on clients dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, along with an attractive benefits package which includes:
