You will collaborate closely with other clinical professionals, including the Clinical Director and Executive Director, to develop a therapeutic environment conducive to long-term recovery. The Hospice Center facility lays the foundation for our mission, providing essential resources and support for clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to determine the counseling and therapeutic needs of clients.
\n
• Utilizing the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria for substance abuse diagnoses and determining the appropriate level of care based on ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) standards.
\n
• Developing and documenting comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on substance abuse counseling.
\n
• Creating discharge and continuum of care plans to facilitate seamless transitions to appropriate follow-up services.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records, documenting all counseling sessions, assessments, referrals, and interventions in accordance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Managing a caseload by providing ongoing case management and utilization review updates.
\n
• Coordinating support services for clients and their families and documenting services provided in clinical records.
\n
• Engaging with referral sources such as legal, educational, and occupational entities to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Facilitating crisis interventions as needed, employing a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to address the immediate needs of clients.

The LCSW will provide vital counseling and therapeutic services to a diverse patient population, focusing on individuals facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your skills and experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
