Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the counseling needs of clients utilizing DSM criteria for substance abuse diagnosis and ASAM criteria for care levels.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include substance abuse counseling components, ensuring alignment with client goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate necessary interventions for clients experiencing crisis-oriented issues.

• Maintain thorough documentation of counseling sessions, assessments, and follow-up activities in client clinical records to ensure accurate tracking of patient progress.

• Coordinate services and support for clients and their families, documenting the engagement and resources utilized.
\n
• Manage an active caseload effectively by conducting regular case management and updates necessary for treatment planning.

• Engage with referral sources such as legal representatives, schools, and employers to optimize client support and resource accessibility.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
