Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including psychotherapy, to clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Engage in collaborative team meetings to strategize treatment plans aligned with shared objectives and performance goals.

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients while respecting their diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, referring clients for more thorough evaluations when necessary.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans that integrate various services, ensuring seamless communication among clients, their families, and healthcare providers.

• Identify safety concerns and employ appropriate de-escalation techniques to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Contribute to crisis interventions through effective communication and strategic intervention plans to support clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with individuals facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to, severe anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other disabling emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
