Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to comprehend clients' strengths, challenges, and overall mental health status.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to clients' specific needs.

• Coordinate care by actively collaborating with healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive support systems are in place for each client.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in accessing necessary community resources, support services, and ensuring their rights are upheld.

• Maintain meticulous electronic health records documenting client interactions, treatment progress, and outcome measures to support quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundation in social work principles.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
