Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will take on a variety of critical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, utilizing best practices to create personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns.

• Employing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting interventions to suit each client’s unique circumstances.

• Documenting clinical interactions accurately and promptly in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and compliance.

• Engaging collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care and seamless service delivery.

• Participating in regular supervision and peer review sessions that promote professional development and enhance the overall quality of care.

• Offering education and resources to clients and their families about available treatment options, community resources, and coping strategies.

• Staying updated with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to apply best practices in client care.

• Managing a full caseload, consistently monitoring the progress of treatment goals, and adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
