Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans in compliance with best clinical practices.

• Providing psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Actively collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated patient care, enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews, sharing insights and strategies to improve the quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on individuals in a detox center setting, presenting a range of mental health concerns. This includes assessing emotional distress, co-occurring disorders, and other psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
