Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Senior LCSW, you will be responsible for a range of impactful activities:

• Utilizing your expertise in various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address complex mental health concerns through tailored interventions.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, while documenting patient progress and treatment efficacy carefully.

• Collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to coordinate comprehensive care plans and support holistic patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 - 115,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
