Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of assigned clients to evaluate their specific needs and eligibility for services.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic approach based on client circumstances and preferences.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, updating treatment plans as required and utilizing various assessment tools to track developments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Participate in team meetings for case reviews and collaborative problem-solving, contributing to the holistic approach towards treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused on serving children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients exhibiting conditions such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, among others. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in California.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in an outpatient or similar setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism, including effective communication and conflict resolution abilities.

• Capacity to apply therapeutic techniques and frameworks that resonate with the diverse needs of children and adolescents.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and other mental health documentation requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to function well both independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
