Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories related to substance abuse and mental health challenges, identifying their specific treatment needs.

• Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans that address addictions and any underlying mental health conditions, employing strategies that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, actively fostering a supportive environment to enhance clients' recovery experiences.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Qualifications\n
