Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine patients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-based psychotherapy, to address the unique challenges faced by each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing terminal illnesses and the emotional challenges that accompany them. Our hospice center houses patients who need specialized support, grief counseling, and adjustment assistance, making your expertise critical to their coping and healing processes. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
