Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in the psychological and emotional well-being of your patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Utilizing diverse therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to individual patient requirements.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care tailored to enhance patient outcomes.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually improve the quality of care delivered to our patients.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families about mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on clients who are experiencing significant emotional distress due to life-limiting illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure practice experience in providing clinical social work services.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, ethical practice, and social justice in the realm of mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
