Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through individual and family counseling sessions, providing tailored support and therapeutic interventions addressing various mental health and substance use issues.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, needs, and goals, and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with practitioners, offering live support in identifying and de-escalating risks for clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Lead emergency service escalations and mandatory reporting when necessary, efficiently managing critical situations while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to client identity.

• Evaluate and report any emerging safeguarding risks to Clinical Leads, contributing to the development of proactive risk mitigation strategies.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures, integrating them into day-to-day service delivery and effectively addressing any implementation challenges.

• Collect feedback and insights from clients to drive outcome-focused practices, continually adjusting services to better meet their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Senior LCSW will serve a diverse range of clients, including children, youth, and adults, as well as families navigating complex emotional and psychological issues. Our client population often includes individuals struggling with substance use/abuse, mental health disorders, and those in need of compassionate end-of-life care within our hospice setting. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.

• Valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is required.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting is essential, demonstrating familiarity with various psychological and clinical methodologies.

• Proficiency in conducting thorough psychosocial histories and case management evaluations, including interview techniques, suicide assessments, and forensic designations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
