Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of clients’ emotional and psychological needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and challenges.

• Educate both staff and clients on effective coping strategies for managing stress and trauma, facilitating workshops and group sessions as necessary.

• Offer ongoing support and intervention through individual counseling sessions, focusing on goal-setting and empowerment.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and feedback.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including healthcare providers, social service organizations, and community outreach programs to link clients with additional resources.

• Remain current with best practices by completing continuing education courses to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification.

• Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to monitor clients’ mental states and adapt therapeutic techniques as required.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
