Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to assigned clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Engage in brief screenings and assessments, arranging for further evaluations when necessary to tailor interventions to each client's unique needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that ensure access to essential linked services, fostering effective communication among clients, families, and providers.

• Support clients in achieving their mental health goals through prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Assist in crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety and well-being, maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice.

• Meet administrative responsibilities including timely completion of documentation, client records, and participation in scheduled meetings and committees aimed at quality improvement.
