Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to better understand the needs of students.

• Collaborate with students to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various formats including individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support for students in acute distress while ensuring coordinated follow-up care.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory guidelines to document progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Educate students and their families on mental health conditions, empowering them with effective coping strategies and skills to manage their circumstances.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including educators, mental health professionals, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care for students.

• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your practice to enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary range of USD $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
