Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend availability based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for seniors, focusing on emotional, mental, and social health factors.

• Develop tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, ensuring alignment with their personal goals and preferences.

• Provide one-on-one counseling and emotional support to help clients navigate life transitions such as grief, loss, or adjustment to aging.

• Serve as an advocate for clients to secure their rights and access necessary community resources, enhancing their well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
