Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to understand student's individual circumstances and needs.

• Collaborate closely with students to design tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and cultural contexts.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)—to provide effective mental health support in individual, family, and group settings.

• Offer crisis intervention services to students experiencing acute distress, working in tandem with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in line with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Empower students and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools and knowledge to better manage mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with other professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to deliver holistic care to students.

• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to monitor the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Stay updated on current research and innovations in mental health, incorporating new insights into clinical practice to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
