Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments utilizing evidence-based methods to determine the strengths, challenges, and needs of students.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, tailored to support each student’s emotional and social development.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, or solution-focused interventions.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school counselors, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support network for students.

• Advocate for client access to community resources, ensuring that families are informed about available support services and programs.

• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes meticulously in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to share insights and strategies for improving client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and family dynamics. Your role will focus on fostering a safe environment that encourages open communication and trust, allowing students to express their feelings and challenges. Understanding the cultural and socio-economic backgrounds of your clients will be essential in providing equitable and effective support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work, preferably in a school or child-focused setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with your level of experience and caseload.
