Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take ownership of your role by executing a range of therapeutic duties, including:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to identify students' mental health needs, followed by creating personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.

• Maintaining up-to-date and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a seamless flow of information while safeguarding client privacy.

• Working closely with an interdisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for each student.

• Participating in continuous professional development through regular case consultations and peer reviews, enhancing your skills and knowledge in mental health treatment.

• Educating families about mental health resources and strategies to support their children’s well-being, thus extending therapeutic effects beyond the clinical environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Your ability to engage and establish rapport with young clients, while fostering their resilience and coping skills, plays a pivotal role in improving their life experiences.

Qualifications\n

To ensure excellence in service delivery, the following qualifications are necessary:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly within school settings or with youth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
