Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments of students' mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans that account for the individual circumstances of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with confidentiality standards, utilizing our electronic health record system effectively.

• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team to deliver holistic care, including regular consultations with educators and other health professionals.

• Provide education and support to both students and their families, empowering them with coping strategies and tools to manage their mental health effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and staying informed on the latest research and advances in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents struggling with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, this role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually.
