Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, psychosocial assessments, and diagnostic interviews to accurately identify the needs of students and their families.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances, cultural backgrounds, and goals of each client.

• Provide therapy in various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group settings, implementing evidence-based strategies such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Respond to crises by offering immediate intervention services and coordinating with educational staff and other health professionals to facilitate effective support continuity for students.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Share psychoeducational resources with clients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate mental health challenges successfully.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to enhance overall patient care.

• Regularly review therapy outcomes to assess effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
