Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Life Essence Center, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of students and developing personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting methods as necessary to cater to the preferences and needs of individual students.

• Maintaining precise and accurate clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations and other pertinent standards, reflecting a meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes educators, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care to students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid academic foundation in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
