Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities that contribute directly to the mental health and well-being of your clients:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of students' mental health and emotional needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and community resources to create an integrated support system for students.

• Participate in ongoing training and case consultations with your peers to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

• Educate students and their families on mental health issues, stigma reduction, coping strategies, and the importance of seeking help.

Qualifications\n

Your expertise and dedication will be recognized through a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
