Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one assessments with clients to diagnose mental health disorders, formulates appropriate treatment plans that respect client preferences.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on skills development, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring client safety and addressing urgent mental health concerns promptly.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring goals are met and outcomes improved.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatments, and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and client experience.

• Assist with on-call responsibilities as assigned, providing immediate support during after-hours emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
