Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on a diverse client population comprising patients in hospice care and their families, often requiring sensitive handling of complex emotional issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
