Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, social determinants of health, and treatment goals tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling to clients, facilitating discussions around mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster peer support, enhance psychoeducation, and encourage community-building among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing measurable goals and selecting evidence-based interventions to track progress.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, including conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans to ensure the well-being of clients in critical situations.

• Advocate for clients, supporting their rights and access to necessary services while assisting them in finding and navigating community resources and healthcare options.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records that adhere to legal and ethical standards, including documentation of assessments, treatment strategies, progress notes, and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus for the successful candidate.
