Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients both in office settings and within the community, addressing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, employing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Provide comprehensive crisis intervention services when necessary, prioritizing client safety and immediate needs.

• Maintain a caseload of clients, conducting sessions that include individual, group, and family therapy.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
