Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of assigned clients, identifying the severity of their conditions and planning appropriate interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and patient preferences, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions to clients, adapting strategies to meet a range of emotional and psychological needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to facilitate integrated care and comprehensive support for clients, including linking them to additional services.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that each client's treatment journey aligns with their needs and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus for this role includes individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. As a clinician within our hospice center, you will work closely with patients and their families, ensuring compassionate care delivery tailored to each unique situation. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, with active LCSW licensure in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
