Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide array of family-related issues, including but not limited to: marital conflicts, parenting concerns, grief and loss, and adjustment to life transitions.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions, ensuring open communication and conflict resolution among family members.

• Developing personalized treatment plans and maintaining accurate documentation for all client interactions and progress.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents facing challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
