Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy to students coping with major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing evidence-based screening tools to determine client needs.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that align with students' treatment goals and family involvement.

• Work closely with school staff and families to coordinate care and facilitate necessary referrals to additional services.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating on case management and best practices in patient care.

• Monitor clients' progress, ensuring timely feedback and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Address crisis situations as they arise and provide necessary intervention to stabilize students in need.

• Complete accurate and timely documentation of clinical encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes to maintain compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with students from diverse backgrounds, many of whom face significant challenges due to socioeconomic factors. The LCSW will be instrumental in addressing their mental health needs through culturally sensitive therapy that respects their traditions and beliefs. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution; LCSW licensure is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

San Ysidro Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
