Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for students, evaluating their strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and abilities while ensuring all necessary intake documentation is accurately completed.

• Apply evidenced-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients, enabling effective and impactful treatment plans.

• Identify and implement specific psychological interventions aimed at helping students achieve their personal and educational goals.

• Provide both individual and family counseling sessions, fostering a supportive environment to facilitate open dialogue and emotional growth.

• Incorporate vocational and experiential counseling to guide students towards positive life choices and career readiness.

• Collaborate with community resources, agencies, and referral networks to ensure comprehensive service coordination for our clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate interventions and document these incidents as required for continuity of care.

• Offer telephonic support when necessary to families and clients, maintaining accessibility and ensuring ongoing communication.

• Maintain licensure and adhere to all state regulations governing clinical social work practices.

• Regularly provide feedback and consultations to the treatment team, enhancing the quality of care and ensuring effective progress tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and adolescents in a school environment. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Pennsylvania license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
