This position will be primarily remote, offering flexibility while ensuring you remain connected with our team and clients through digital platforms. Although remote, you will regularly interact with students, school staff, and parents to coordinate care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs using evidence-based practices, facilitating the development of individual treatment plans tailored to each student.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve students aged 5-18, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues. From those coping with academic pressures and social challenges to individuals facing family transitions such as divorce, the LCSW plays a crucial role in providing support during critical developmental stages. You'll work closely with a diverse population, respecting and honoring their varying cultural, economic, and personal backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the state of Arizona.
