Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students and their families to effectively identify emotional, social, and environmental challenges related to their educational experiences and life situations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to students' unique needs, which may include crisis intervention, individual counseling, and family therapy.

• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including educators, psychologists, and medical professionals, to formulate cohesive strategies for student support.

• Facilitate effective discharge planning, ensuring students transitioning out of hospitalization receive appropriate follow-up care and support, including referrals to community resources.

• Provide counseling and education to students and families on coping strategies related to mental health issues, illness, and other life transitions affecting their academic performance and personal lives.

• Employ crisis intervention techniques as necessary to address urgent needs and enhance students' ability to cope with challenging situations.

• Serve as a consultant and educational resource to school staff and other healthcare professionals, promoting awareness of mental health issues and effective intervention strategies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training, supervision, and attending relevant conferences to stay current with best practices in psychosocial care.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at strengthening resources and support systems available to students and families, particularly those affected by illness or trauma.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to address after-hours concerns or emergencies that may arise within the school community.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
