Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments by accurately gathering and analyzing information related to students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of students in a school setting.

• Utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating specific goals and interventions that reflect each student’s needs and family dynamics.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, school counselors, and other educational professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care for each student.

• Engage with school staff and parents to foster an understanding of mental health issues and support students’ overall development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting students ranging from elementary to high school age who may be experiencing emotional, behavioral, or academic challenges. Your expertise will play a vital role in minimizing barriers to learning by addressing mental health concerns that affect students' academic performance and interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on youth and school populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
