Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of students' mental health status to formulate clear treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Engage in regular check-ins with students, providing ongoing support and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment disorders, and trauma-related symptoms.

• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other healthcare providers to enhance the overall support system around each student.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality.
