Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a billing service to manage claims, track client accounts receivable, conduct benefit and eligibility checks, and work with payment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients of diverse age ranges, including students and their families, addressing a variety of clinical concerns.
\n
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments effectively, adapting to client needs and maintaining an organized calendar.
\n
• Demonstrate the ability to work with various clinical presentations, applying therapeutic modalities suited to each client's unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children, adolescents, and their families. You will encounter various issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and relationship dynamics. Your commitment to building trust and establishing strong therapeutic relationships will be essential in guiding clients towards coping strategies and lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with an active LICSW license allowing for independent practice.

• A minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings weekly, to ensure client accessibility.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
