Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to evaluate patient needs and develop a tailored treatment plan that showcases cultural awareness and addresses special needs of the population served.

  Manage and continuously assess patient progress, providing targeted interventions that align with their mental health diagnoses and anticipated goals.

  Prepare, document, and maintain all treatment records, reports, and clinical information promptly and accurately, complying with relevant regulatory and departmental standards.

  Engage collaboratively with patients and their family members to craft comprehensive treatment plans that leverage identified needs and desired outcomes.

  Employ proactive strategies to enhance patient safety and symptom reduction, effectively facilitating team-based approaches to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
