Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for students facing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disturbances.

• Establish trusting relationships with clients, enabling open dialogue and effective treatment outcomes.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring seamless communication among clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
