Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations for students to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.

• Create individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and strategies, engaging students and their families in the process to foster commitment and understanding.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate.

• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other mental health professionals such as psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to student care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date to comply with licensing requirements and organizational policies.

• Stay informed on best practices, new methodologies, and developments in mental health counseling to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
