Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the individual needs and challenges facing children in early interventions.
\n
• Participate in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring tailored support that aligns with the specific requirements of each child and family.
\n
• Monitor the progress of children within the program, collaborating with team members to evaluate outcomes and adjust strategies as necessary.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to families, aimed at enhancing their child’s development across various domains including physical, cognitive, and social/emotional skills.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations while adhering to established best practices that promote health and safety standards for both staff and clients.

• Develop strong rapport with clients and their families to forge trusting relationships, which are essential for effective intervention.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment strategies when implementing service plans.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing services to infants and toddlers, especially those with disabilities or developmental delays. By working closely with this vulnerable population, you will help facilitate their growth during critical early years, fostering their development through targeted skills-building activities and family engagement strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• The applicant must hold a valid LICSW credential issued by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
\n
• Possession of a valid driver’s license to facilitate travel to client locations as necessary.
\n
• Proven ability to adapt to various learning styles and address the diverse needs of children and families.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
\n
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to maintain open lines of communication with families and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience in providing social work services, particularly within an early intervention setting.

• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and an understanding of evidence-based early childhood intervention approaches.
