Work Environment\n

However, interactions with colleagues, clients, and healthcare providers will occur in a climate-controlled educational setting, specifically within schools. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and, when necessary, diagnoses to evaluate patients' mental health status. Utilize recognized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to create individualized care plans that are sensitive to cultural diversity and the unique needs of the patient population.

• Continuously monitor and assess patients’ progress, implementing targeted interventions and strategies that align with their mental health diagnoses and treatment goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and other clinical documentation using the latest technology in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address their specific needs and desired outcomes.
\n
• Coordinate referrals and serve as a vital connection between patients and other health service providers, building and maintaining effective working relationships with other clinicians and referral agencies.

• Provide educational support and mentoring for students, interns, residents, and volunteers, nurturing the next generation of social workers.

• Under supervision, engage in peer reviews, clinical collaboration, and chart audits to support team development and maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
