Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client strengths, weaknesses, and mental health concerns, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique situation.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, encompassing clear goals, interventions, and progress evaluations.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated client care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments for clients in high-stress situations, and devise safety plans as necessary to protect client welfare.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducational classes, creating a safe space for clients to engage and share their experiences.

• Maintain comprehensive, timely, and accurate documentation per ethical guidelines and state regulations to foster accountability and transparency in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
