Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

• Provide therapy sessions via video calls, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Psychodynamic therapy.

• Monitor and document client progress through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing case management, providing resources and referrals to clients as needed to support their mental health journey.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

This role is focused on serving diverse client populations, particularly students and young adults who are navigating significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license to practice in the State of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT and Psychodynamic therapy.

• Experience working directly with the LGBTQIA+ community and addressing related mental health issues.

• Specific training or expertise in men’s mental health.
\n
• Previous experience providing therapy to clients aged 18 and older.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

• Background in supporting clients from minority and diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
