Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, including students and their families.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique context of a school environment.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans that focus on clients' specific goals, such as improving academic performance or enhancing coping skills.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to necessary resources, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.

• Engage in program development activities, participate in evaluation efforts, and contribute to grant reporting to enhance our mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families navigating various challenges, including academic stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your expertise will be crucial in making mental health resources accessible and effective, ensuring a supportive environment conducive to learning and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
