Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the unique family dynamics, values, and concerns that impact student mental health and social-emotional development.

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that address specific social, emotional, and educational needs of students.

• Regularly prepare progress reports and meticulously document patient interactions, treatment effectiveness, and any relevant medical history in our electronic health records system.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A solid understanding of developmental stages from childhood through adolescence is essential.

• Certification in managing disruptive behavior is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
