Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering individualized psychotherapy services to children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, and formulating evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), using innovative techniques to engage clients effectively.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in adherence with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in patient records.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and school personnel, to create a cohesive support system for our clients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and professional development workshops to enhance treatment quality and stay current with best practices in the mental healthcare field.

You will be working primarily with school-aged children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.
