Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources of students and their families.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused approaches tailored for school settings.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with defined goals and therapeutic interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans in response to client progress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and psychiatrists, ensuring comprehensive care and continuity of services.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to ensure students’ safety and well-being.

• Facilitate psychoeducational classrooms, support groups, and workshops designed to boost coping skills and resilience among students.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of clinical sessions in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all records reflect the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students within the Springfield area, addressing various mental health issues that impact their academic and personal lives. By employing targeted therapeutic approaches, you will support children and adolescents in navigating social-emotional challenges, ultimately enhancing their educational experience and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health or outpatient settings, preferably with children and adolescents.

• Strong expertise in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
