Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison with families and outpatient providers, ensuring effective communication regarding mental health care plans and updates.

• Collaborate with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, advocating for the necessary services to support your clients.

• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning to facilitate smooth transitions for students returning home or to other care settings.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, modeling a healthy relationship with food, particularly for students dealing with eating disorders or negative body image.

• Deliver empathetic, affirming, and culturally sensitive care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, embracing their diverse backgrounds and identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students and their families, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
